Refund policy

Returns

We are able to issue a refund or exchange for your items(s) within 30 days of your original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To begin your return, please email us at us-shop@godolphin.com with your refund/exchange request along with your order number or a copy of your receipt.

We cannot issue a refund or exchange if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- The item is returned more than 30 days after initial purchase

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your item is within the 30 day return window and is in its original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost paid when purchasing your item will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we can issue an exchange for the same item within 30 days of original purchase. To begin an exchange, please send us an email at us-shop@godolphin.com with your request.
